Hi - this bug is related to how thumbnails are generated for video captured with the rotation flag is set to 90 degrees.
When video is recorded on an iPhone, it will set a Rotation flag to 90 if you start recording while holding the phone in portrait (vertically). If you hold the phone in landscape (horizontally) and start recording, the Rotation flag is not set.
Any videos which have Rotation set to 90 degrees (all portrait videos) have distorted thumbnails in EazyFlixPix. It's like the portrait image is being squashed down to make it fit into into landscape thumbnail dimensions, so the resulting images appear squashed. I've compared this with how ACDSEE creates thumbnails.. It will turn the portrait video first so it's horizontal, then create the thumbnails. I've attached a screenshot which shows all this. Can you create a fix?
